4. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. You agree to provide accurate birth data for yourself and only add birth data for others with their consent.

5. Subscriptions & Payments

Ceres offers subscription plans that provide access to premium features. Subscriptions are billed through the Apple App Store and are subject to Apple's terms and conditions.

• Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
• You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your App Store account settings
• Refunds are handled according to Apple's refund policy

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use Ceres for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to reverse engineer, hack, or exploit the app
• Use automated systems to access the service
• Share your account with others
• Submit false or misleading information

7. Intellectual Property

All content, design, and code in Ceres are owned by us or our licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without permission.

8. User Content

You retain ownership of content you create (such as journal entries). By using Ceres, you grant us a limited license to process your content solely to provide the service.
